Is it safe to supply my CREDIT CARD DETAILS ONLINE?
At Bee-Dezigned your details are completely safe as we use SSL (Secure Socket Layering) to process your order details, but don't take our word for it. To check that you are using a secure site check the http:/ address line on the page that asks you for secure information. If the http:/ address line begins with https:/ and turns yellow the page and its information are secure. You will see this happen when you proceed with the order process after viewing your cart, when you are provided with payment options. Online security is extremely important to us and we know it is important to you. Do Bee-Dezigned provide FREE SAMPLES?
No, unfortunately we cannot provide free swatches and samples as we would be inundated with hundreds of requests, which we would have trouble fulfilling. However most items on our site are available to purchase individually and we do not have a minimum purchase quantity on our paper ranges and many of our other products. This is to enable the purchase of sample sheets prior to buying for testing and colour matching. We have also decreased many of our prices as well as our postage costs in order to provide you with a fast, affordable way of sampling our stock. Please feel welcome to browse the site, particularly the paper section and add each sheet to cart.

How do I add EXPRESS POST or Insure with Registered Post?
Using Express Post or Registered Post is highly recommended, as this is the only way you can track and trace your order. Express post and Registered Post can be added to your normal postage charge simply add to cart all the items you require and note the total - click on the link EXPRESS POST in the cart area which will take you to the express post and registered post section. Here you can add to cart the right express post or registered post charge.

Is Bee-Dezigned registered to charge GST?
Yes, Bee-Dezigned is registered to charge GST and our ABN is 97397949399. Please ensure when purchasing online that you are purchasing from a legitimate Australian registered business that only charges you GST when they are registered to charge GST. Businesses not registered to charge GST are committing an offence by collecting GST illegally. To check if the business you are purchasing from is registered to charge you GST simply input their ABN or business name at the Australian Business Register http://www.abr.business.gov.au/ 

Is there a CATALOGUE or PRICE LIST available?
We do not maintain a printed catalogue of all our products and prices, our website is our online catalogue and as we are constantly adding new products to the website a printed version would be obsolete within a short period of time. If however you would like to receive a printed version of our Complete Printed Stationery Catalogue please add your address in the comments field when you contact us using our contact page or via email. This catalogue does not feature prices as all products with prices are shown online.

Can I come to your premises to VIEW STOCK?
Bee-Dezigned are not open to the public as we deal only as an online store. Unlike a retail store we are now able to provide you with prices that are 10-50% off retail prices as we do not pay the overheads associated with owning a retail store. So although you are not able to come in and see the stock you do have the added advantage of fantastic online prices. Most choose to browse the site then purchase a small order as most items are available each. With low postage costs this enables you to sample the stock for as little as a few dollars, before you make the choice to order the bulk of your stationery. No minimum order, the highest quality stock, a secure server, low postage and fast delivery make Bee-Dezigned a leader in Online Stationery Australia wide.

Can I PICK UP my ORDER?
Unfortunately we do not facilitate this under any circumstance; however we can arrange next day delivery to some locations when orders are urgent. Please contact us to arrange this.

Do you give DISCOUNTS FOR BULK ORDERS?
Yes, although all our products are provided at the cheapest price available we do provide further discounts on identical stock quantities over 500 on some items as we can on most occasions negotiate lower prices from our suppliers and pass this discount onto you. 

Can you provide WHOLESALE PRICES?
Bee-Dezigned do not offer wholesale prices as we are retailers, however our stock is available at prices that at times can be cheaper than wholesale with no minimum quantity and some discounts available on bulk orders see bulk ordering above.

Do you DELIVER TO ANY DESTINATION?
Yes, Bee-Dezigned deliver to any area within Australia and throughout the world including NZ New Zealand, UK United Kingdom and the US United States. Due to an increase in fraud, Bee-Dezigned reserves the right to refuse orders requested under suspicious circumstances.

Are there any HIDDEN OR ADDITIONAL COSTS?
No, if your order requires additional costing due to postage and shipping you will be notified.

Will you pass on my PERSONAL INFORMATION?
No, Bee-Dezigned do not share or pass on any personal information to anyone. Testimonials posted are posted to protect your privacy by only showing a first name, suburb and state and only when permission is granted.

Can I ADD ITEMS TO MY ORDER?
Absolutely, simply put in an additional order noting your previous order number. If your initial order has not dispatched we will send the items together deleting or adjusting the 2nd postage charged.
